Excellent restaurant. La salade césar est délicieuse et genereuse, tellement que je n ai pas réussi a la finir. L hamburger traditionnel est très bon et le menu enfant propose un vrai steak haché maison. Les serveuses sont aimables et souriantes.

De passage sur Ajaccio. C'est le hasard qui m'a amené à m'arrêter un midi. Plat du jour a 16 e + moule corse + 2 desserts. Excellent. Carte originale. Belle découverte pour mes prochains séjours sur l' île de beauté. J'y viens une fois par an depuis une quinzaine d'années .

We arrived via Emerald Princess for a day visit. Always wanted but never thought I’d visit Corsica. Now it’s on my must return and stay a couple weeks list. Ajaccio is a nice and seemingly serene town with locals who are willing to connect with a stranger. Several nodded or said hello. Even a construction fellow who was working on repairing town sidewalks acknowledged us with a nod and a smile. We stopped at YOLO restaurant for what we hoped would be authentic French workaday cuisine. Located across busy street from beach front (hence the 4 on atmosphere—but we mitigated that by sitting just inside the glass doors where nobody is smoking, still a view, music at nice level—and I could not get over how many smiles were sent our way, even by the man washing dishes you will see if you use their very nice toilets toward the back. A woman we thought probably the proprietor was cordial in French and keeping things running properly. She referred us to one waiter (wish I’d asked his name, who spoke some english) and was wonderfully helpful while very busy. Further, we were undecided to have one Plat Du Jour or two (we weren’t terribly hungry) and he was very kind. Great guy and I appreciate his handling us so well. It was great, the Plat (we shared) was a beautifully prepared steak with peppercorn gravy, melt in your mouth potatoes and salad plus bread in a basket. Delicious! Two glasses local red were great plus chilled tap water (brought twice). At reasonable price! Thank you YOLO of Ajaccio, Corsica! Will return if ever back!

We went for a drink on this nice terrace but ended up eating a great pasta dish, sipping lovely wine and also enjoying a great sea view. Kind service, we really love to come again. Go and indulge yourself!

Ambiance d'été avec le soleil et le sourire de la jeune fille qui s'empresse de nettoyer ma table pour mon thé...devant la mer avec une bonne musique. Parfait

Cadre agréable avec une très belle vue sur la mer. Service souriant et chaleureux personne aux petits soins pour nous. Pas besoin de réclamer 10 fois la carafe d'eau. Planche de tapas correct mais mini Burger encore froid à l'intérieur. Dommage. Desserts délicieux.

Nous avons passé un très bon moment. La nourriture était délicieuse, copieuse et savoureuse. Les cocktails etaient également très bons. La serveuse était très gentille et très compétente. Bonne musique et bonne ambiance. Vraiment parfait !
